Our clients include software consulting companies, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, convenience stores and many others.
Real Estate – We represent clients in residential and commercial closings and commercial leases.
Immigration – We represent clients for nonimmigrant visas (tourist visas, business visas, student visas, work visas – H, L, TN, R, O, P and others, family based visas, employment based visas (labor certifications, I-140 and adjustment of status applications), investor based visas (E, EB5). Immigration is Federal Law and that allows us to serve clients throughout the United States and abroad before the Immigration Courts, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of Labor, US Consulates, Administrative Appeals Unit, Board of Immigration Appeals and the US District Court.

Farzana Hassonjee is an attorney at law and has been practicing law since
1995. She is licensed in the states of PA and NJ. She has her own
practice and her office is located in Chadds Ford, PA. She specializes
in Immigration and Business law as well as Commercial transactions.
She is a Member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration
Lawyers Association, Delaware County Bar Association and the New Jersey
Bar Association. She is also on the Chadds Ford Township Board of
Supervisors.
She has a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington and Lee University, USA.
She also has a law degree and an undergraduate degree in psychology from
Mumbai, India.
She has represented many clients, individuals and companies in business
transactions, commercial litigation and immigration matters.
She has represented many non-profit organizations in setting up their
organizations and getting the requisite tax-exempt status from the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Immigration is Federal law and
she has represented clients in immigration matters throughout
the United States and abroad.
