Petition For Alien Fiancé

IF YOU ARE A US CITIZEN, you can file for your fiancé and help him or her come to the United States before you get married.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED?
1. Document to show that you are a US citizen (Birth Certificate, passport, etc.)
2. One photo of each.
3. If any of you was previously married, give Divorce Certificates for all of your pior marriages, or Death Certificates of former spouses, if applicable.
4. Evidence showing that you and your fiancé met within 2 years (pictures taken together with date, air-ticket stub, passport stamps, etc.)
5. Employment letter or Tax Return
YOU MUST GET MARRIED WITH YOUR ALIEN FIANCÉ WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER HE OR SHE ENTERED THE UNITED STATES. After you get married, he or she may then apply to adjust status to permanent resident.
